Registration for the Performing Arts Exchange is now open! Early discount registration ended July 13.

Registration for the Performing Arts Exchange is all-inclusive. For your one registration fee, you'll have access to all conference events including the Opening Reception, professional development workshops, breakfast and luncheon showcases, juried showcases, Keynote Luncheon, consultations, Cyber Café and Closing Party.

Artists/Exhibitors click here for artist/exhibitor information * An artist pass is a one day pass that allows access to professional development workshops and the Exhibit Hall ONLY. The artist MUST be represented in the Exhibit Hall by management or an agency. These may only be purchased onsite. ** A guest pass allows an individual not involved in the conference to attend hospitality events. These MUST be purchased by a conference attendee and are only available onsite. Pricing for guest passes will be available August 2008.

Refunds

Refunds of 50% of the registration fee are available until August 18, 2008. After August 18, refunds will no longer be given. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to Sage Crump.

HOTEL:

The Southern Arts Federation has arranged for special conference rates for PAE attendees. All of our hotels are within walking distance of the AmericasMart, our exhibit space and showcase venues.

*NOTE: Historically, we have had difficulties with our hotel room block selling out at the host hotel, yet for the last two years, almost 20% of those rooms have gone unused. Please do not reserve a room unless you are certain you are planning to attend PAE.

Taxi: Available 24 hours outside the Lobby Level. The cost is a flat rate of $26.00 for one person,

$28.00 for two people and $30.00 for three or more people.

MARTA: 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, 5:30 a.m. - 12:45 a.m., Sundays. The Peachtree Center: 216 Peachtree St. NE.

From the Marriott Marquis: Head south on Peachtree Center Ave NE, and make a right onto Andrew Young International Blvd NE. Peachtree Center Station is located on the corner of Peachtree Street NW. Entrance to the station can be found on the Atrium Level in the Peachtree Center Mall. Take the Southbound train to the Airport Station. The cost is $2.25 and tickets are available for purchase in the station.

Exhibition Space

The Exhibit Hall for PAE 2008 is in the new AmericasMart Giftmart 2S. This building will house the Exhibit Hall, Cyber Café, Professional Development workshops and showcase space. Each booth space rental includes registration for one representative. Additional registration may be purchased for $300 during registration or on site. View Exhibit Hall booth sizes and pricing.
