This month the National Governors Association released a highly-anticipated report, New Engines of Growth: Five Roles for Arts, Culture and Design. The new publication follows up the NGA 2009 report Arts & the Economy: Using Arts and Culture to Stimulate State Economic Development and addresses many of the policies discussed in the South Arts report Creative Industries in the South.
