Short Circuit Traveling Film Festival

 

The Short Circuit Traveling Film Festival spotlights recent short films by filmmakers living and working in the Southeastern United States.  Juried for their artistic merit by a panel of media arts professionals, these engaging short films will tour the U.S. and Canada during the 2008-2009 season through two forums:

  • The 2nd Annual Short Circuit Traveling Film Festival will tour from September 2008—May 2009 as a self-contained, three-hour film festival that may be enjoyed in a single afternoon or evening. 
  • Short Circuit has also been designed to serve as a complementary program to the Southern Circuit - Tour of Independent Filmmakers.  Each of the 12 short films featured in the 2nd Annual Short Circuit Traveling Film Festival will screen as a one-time program or may be paired with one of the 12 filmmakers touring with Southern Circuit serving as an opening film short for the touring filmmakers.
