Are You Ready to Submit Your Application?

All grant applications must be submitted online using the eGrant system. We recommend that you visit the site early to create your account, and become familiar with the system. Complete your application in eGrant.  Upload and mail required materials as detailed below. Applicants will be notified of funding decisions by email within 12 weeks of the deadline.  For assistance, contact Nikki Estes at 404-874-7244 ext. 16.

South Arts strictly adheres to deadlines and will NOT accept applications that are late, faxed, incomplete, or illegible. Deadlines are not extended due to inclement weather.  Applicants must agree to the Contract Terms of Agreement and Assurance of Compliance prior to submission.

Regional Touring applicants are required to submit online the following by March 1, 2012, 11:59 PM ET:

  • Application
  • Letter of intent or contract between the artist and the presenting organization stating the services (including the educational component), date(s) and fee (signed by both parties)
  • Proof of government status (if applicable)

Regional Touring applicants are required to mail the following (postmarked by March 1, 2012):

  • Four (4) copies of the application
  • Four (4) copies of the signed letter of intent/contract
  • Four (4) copies of the artist/company printed materials (e.g. company history and artist biography)
  • CD or DVD of a representative work sample for the artist/company
  • Self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of audio/video materials (optional)
  • Self-addressed, stamped postcard for acknowledgment of receipt (optional)


 

Regional Touring: Block-Booked Tour applicants are required to submit online the following by March 8, 2012, 11:59 PM ET:

  • Application
  • Letter of intent or contract between the artist and the presenting organization stating the services (including the educational component), date(s) and fee (signed by both parties)
  • Proof of government status (if applicable)
  • Participating Presenters List (lead applicant only)

Regional Touring: Block-Booked Tour applicants are required to mail the following (postmarked by March 8, 2012):

  • Ten (10) copies of the application
  • Ten (10) copies of the signed letter of intent/contract
  • Self-addressed, stamped postcard for acknowledgment of receipt (optional)

In addition, the lead presenter is required to mail the following (postmarked by March 8, 2012):

  • Ten (10) copies of the Participating Presenters List for the consortium
  • Ten (10) copies of the artist/company printed materials (e.g., company history and artist biography) on behalf of the consortium
  • CD or DVD of a representative work sample for the artist/company on behalf of the consortium
  • Self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of audio/video materials (optional)
  • Self-addressed, stamped postcard for acknowledgment of receipt (optional)
