Boys & Girls Clubs of the TN Valley's Youth Arts Initiative, serving underserved tweens and teens in Knoxville, TN will partner with the Knox County Library's Children Department to bring artist Mike Artell to provide five literary arts workshops in Fall 2019 and five literary workshops in the Spring 2020, where teens will create graphic novels/ comic books through a project-based learning experiences to increase interest in literary arts and family members will benefit from a public reading.
