Columbia Film Society (CFS) proposes Latimer MediaLab, an artist residency program in partnership with the Columbia Housing Authority (CHA). An artist-in-residence will work with residents of CHA's Latimer Manor community in North Columbia to create and present new works of media art that examine the community's past, present, and future; tell its stories; challenge misconceptions; and explore challenges identified by residents.
