The Pamlico Musical Society will be presenting Circus No. 9 on Saturday, January 16, 2021 for two events: 1) a free, educational outreach at Holt's Chapel Community Center in a historical black Rosenwald School for an audience that is more diverse and representative of Pamlico County's residential population; and 2) at an evening concert in Oriental NC, at the Old Theater.
