Sponsoring the Summit

Thank you for your interest in the Creative Placemaking Leadership Summit: South & Appalachia, scheduled for November 1 online, and November 3-4 in Chapel Hill, NC. The Summit is expected to attract up to 350 professionals and leaders from the worlds of arts, culture, public affairs, community economic development professionals, land use professionals, grantmakers, educators and more. They are expected to come from throughout the Southeast and Appalachian regions of the US. Most participants of past Summits are executives, directors, or key decision makers in their organizations.

Your sponsorship would do more than increase your visibility and prestige among these audiences. It will help support a nonprofit that works to grow more sustainable, healthy, equitable, and prosperous communities by supporting creative placemakers.

Sponsorship opportunities include ad & logo promotion, an exhibit booth in the online portion of the Summit, a high degree of visibility on the Summit website and the online and in-person parts of the conference, and at least one complimentary ticket to the full Summit or the opportunity to provide scholarships for your community leaders.

Access Scholarship Sponsor  | $500 per Sponsee

We believe that barriers of access should not prohibit any leader from attending the summit and are offering scholarship opportunities to lift barriers of access including costs of attendance, transportation, travel, and presenter fees. You can sponsor a number of attendees as $500 / per individual sponsee.

Online Exhibition Booth | $200 per booth

Online exhibit booth, to be available November 1-4. The online exhibit booth provides many of the same benefits as an in-person booth -- and more. Exhibitors can share videos and documents, meet with prospects, get valuable real-time data about booth visitors, and even do interactive broadcasts during the online portion of the Summit.
