The MOJA Arts Festival, produced by the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs, will host a half-week residency for Harambee Dance Company, including educational workshops with public school students and College of Charleston faculty and student, as well as the world premiere performance of a commissioned work, Origin, as part of an evening length program anticipated for Festival Hall/Memminger Auditorium. This residency is an outgrowth of previous residency programs pre-COVID in 2019.
