Rosalia Torres-Weiner, an artist, activist and community leader from Charlotte, NC's Red Calaca Studio, will be in residency with the Dare County Arts Council for the month of August and will provide four workshops including puppetry, identity masks, digital art and street art, a month-long visual arts exhibit of her work, a public Artist Talk, and a collaborative mural sculpture project with the community.
