The Helsingbourg Symphony Orchestra will perform works from Smetana, Rachmaninov, and Tchaikovsky on January 20, 2018. Q and A reception for students (including Alabama School for the Blind) and teachers with the conductor, symphony staff and musicians. Prior to the performance, volunteers and a local music educator will visit area schools and the public library, preparing underserved urban and rural youth and seniors for the symphony experience.
