Charleston, SC based Gullah quintet, Ranky Tanky, will conduct a two-day residency at NC State LIVE, with one Gullah Singing Workshop with NC State students, one Songs of the Sea Islands workshop with a local elementary school, one lecture on Gullah culture, one pre-show discussion, and a public evening concert on Friday, October 19th at Stewart Theatre in Raleigh, NC.
