During NC State LIVE's 2022-23 50th anniversary season, Culture Mill will participate in our Social Justice Residency that includes commissioning, development, presentation, and community workshops associated with "When We were Queens...," a new dance work by dancer/choreographer Murielle Elizéon with cellist Shana Tucker. The final in-process presentation and post-show discussion with audience members will take place at a gallery space in Raleigh in May 2023.
