I am applying for this grant to fund the framing and matting of 25 new ink/gouache/pens on paper drawings for my upcoming solo exhibition at the Art Museum of Southeast Texas in Beaumont in September, 2023. This exhibition opportunity is very important to me because I will be presenting 25 works in a new media (for me) and 20 mostly large scale mixed media/fiber works from the last 6 years to a new audience and regional market of art lovers, curators and other arts professionals.
