UAB's Alys Stephens Center (ASC) will present the talented trombonist, composer and big band director Delfeayo Marsalis and the Uptown Jazz Orchestra on Thursday, February 21, 2019 for a workshop and sound check for UAB's music and band students along with advanced level high school music students from Birmingham and the surrounding region, as well as a public performance, with a pre-talk, at the ASC.
