University of Wynwood (DBA: O, Miami) will host two poets for 5 days each, with all participating artists presenting a public reading on Miami Beach, and then, either leading a school-based community engagement program, or a workshop/lecture-demonstration on the need for increased visibility by critics of color. Partners include The Betsy Writers Room, Books and Books (local independent bookseller), the City of Miami Beach, and Miami Dade County Public Schools.
