The Dance Touring Initiative is a three-year project to enhance the presentation of modern dance and contemporary ballet for presenters and audiences. Currently the Dance Touring Initiative is beginning its third cohort of participants as well as providing continued support for the first two cohorts. The participating presenters have selected Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, Camille A. Brown & Dancers, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Jessica Lang Dance, Parsons Dance Company, Pilobolus, Taylor 2, and Trisha Brown Dance Company to provide multi-day residencies in their communities for the 2016-2017 season. Residency and performance dates listed below.

Info for Dance Companies

How can dance companies become involved with DTI? The Request for Information (RFI) is an online form that dance companies may use to submit information to the DTI network. This is not an application process to be selected for a tour, and it is not required to submit the RFI in order to be booked by DTI presenters. However, it provides a uniform tool that companies may use to investigate how their work aligns with DTI values and submit that information to DTI presenters in a compelling manner that is transparent and equitable. There is no deadline to complete the RFI.
